1I was shocked to have been treated so badly by the front administration staff. I do know that there is a constant changeover of hygienists and front staff, but this really let us know how insignificant every customer is to this practice. We are even more weary that a dentist would not stand behind his work or the work of the hygienists he employs. I would hope that they would not send our son back out after filling 2 cavities and not finding the 3rd that would be discovered by an Orthodontist Hygienist less than 4 days later? Our family is done with Aspen Dental. We will find another dentist - one that will stand behind the work that they perform.
