2No due to lack of sanitary practices and unapproachability. I am never comfortable with a medical office where in the dr brings her dogs to work and is very focused on them while working. I think that is not a comforting cleanliness practice. Because of this and just not viewing enough cleaning going on between patients by a staff that shares a mood in office that comes off somber, and the Dr.\'s defensive response to attemptiong a nice and (intended to be) productive conversation about cleanlienss concerns, I pulled my kids out even though I lost financially. A small price for peace of mind and best or at least better practices.

15Dr. Anderson and his staff are wonderful! My daughter had her braces started in another state. When we moved to Richmond, Dr.Anderson did an initial meeting with us and I was impressed with the time he took to explain what his plan of treatment would be for my daughter. He and his staff were always informative, keeping me aware of my daughter’s progress. Her teeth are looking great. My daughter said that every assistant who worked with her was so nice. The office staff was friendly, too.
