16\"Treated like cattle\" is being kind!!! I went in to have two lower molars extracted, but because I decided not to proceed with dental implants, my care went from bad to worse! After the local anthesia didn\'t deaden the area adequetly (infected tissue doesn\'t react to local anethesia well), I was told he would reinstate the claim to my insurance saying I needed to be put to sleep for the proceedure. They denied it again because of poor verbage on his part! It was clear to me he didn\'t value me as a patient!! Very uncaring staff as well. I would avoid this office unless money is no object!! I am a respecful 67 year old woman who deserved to be treated much better than I was. I was outraged!
