What a fantastic dentist. I am a big chicken when it comes to dentists..I leave in pain and have high anxiety beforeandafter. Not with Dr Toledo. He was quick and explained things and it was the quickest, easiest root canal ever. The office staff are exemplary. What a great group. So helpful and knowledgeable and always pleasant..
This establishment has drastically evolved from the original owner, who the primary force was to serve the community, to the new owners and their team, who the main motivation is purely economic. Today, I went to see the dental hygienist for an oral cleaning, but the doctor performed an oral evaluation. After he completed it, he sent me to schedule an appointment for my oral cleaning, for second time. He failed to tell me that it was a fee of $50.00 for setting an appointment. I do not believe that this a common practice among dentists, charging to give you an appointment? This is not the first time! Please stay away from this clinic, who the real motivation is money not serving the community of Rialto..
Office has gone through a complete overhaul with staff and management. If anyone hasn't had the opportunity to see the many changes Dr Gama has implemented, give her a call and make an appointment. So many changes for the better..
