4I had been going to Dr. Carter for years. I had previously gone to Dr. Barnard who was there prior to Dr. Carter. I went for a scheduled appointment and was told that they no longer accepted my insurance. I was very disappointed to hear that but more for the fact that they didn\'t tell me over the phone. I have always had such high regard for Dr. Carter and his staff. I found another dentist who did more x-rays than I\'ve ever had done and gave me a very bad prognosis. After having Dr. Carter to take care of my dental needs for so long I\'m now wondering how can that be. I am so confused. I refuse to believe that Dr. Carter would not have addressed these issues that the new dentist said I had. She even said that the problems I have are not recent but have been developing over the years. I am going to get a second opinion because I refuse to believe that Dr. Carter would have overlooked all of that.
