I have always had excellent experiences with Dr. Tucker's office. I have been a patient of Dr. Tucker for over 20 years. I have had extensive dental work done, always of outstanding quality. I have been able to schedule appointments, even emergency ones, quickly and easily. His office staff are friendly and accomodating. I have recommmended Dr. Tucker to friends and family without reservation..
Absolutely unprofessional and terrible. Unfortunately, Dr. Tucker has his mother-in-law as the office manager. This wouldn't be a problem if she were compassionate and kind as one should be in the health care field. She treats patients as well as her staff with zero respect and often speaks down to you. I have urged all my family and friends to stay away from this office as I don't feel anyone should be supporting a Doctor who allows this in his office. He's aware of this mistreatment..
As a former patient of the practice I was appalled when I was rudely seated by the Joan (Drs Mother In Law) to then be greeted by a very anxious and stressed Dental Hygienist. The room still had blood on the unit from a prior patient so after all that and the ongoing pain after a crown placement I got up refused to be seen and have never returned as a patient. PS- revolving staff. seems like retaining permanent staff is an issue for this practice. .

Wish Aspen would stop sending me requests for reviews. In case they haven’t figured it out yet, I love them. Went in for cleaning yesterday. They must love me. Only two of my own teeth left so cleaning takes 15 minutes tops. Bottom dentures are a little loose so try to make an appointment to get them tightened a bit. Justina says hold on (I love Justina) and gets the dentist to do it right then and there. Sweet, nice people. Never thought I’d look forward to going to Dentist.
