I got braces when I was 9. After losing my retainer twice I was told I didn\'t need one. My teeth, of course, got worse with time until I got my second set of braces when I was a sophomore in HS. After 3 years of treatment my teeth still weren\'t perfect (2+occasions bands were put on wrong and then I was accused of not wearing them) I begged for them off. I just got a new thick retainer and its pushing my right tooth forward too far. I\'m sick and tired of this place messing up my teeth.
