Dr France is a great dentist. The billing person is really bad. I never can get my bill corrected. She uses many excuses to not do her job. I didnt get the EOB from the insurance company, Oh we always bill that dentist (she billed wrong dentist that is not in my plan) , she is great at not doing her job and making excuses. I stopped going to this dentist becuase if my bill got high and was incorrect, I would not be able to get it corrected.
