I recently scheduled a cleaning at Westminster Family Dentistry on recommendation of my family. Largely due to bad experiences with my prior dentist, I had not been to a dentist in years and had developed an irrational fear towards anything related to dental work. Westminster Family Dentistry has alleviated all (ok, most) that worry thanks to their wonderful hygienist, Katie; Dr. Etzkorn and staff. My visit began by them taking me on time - a seemingly rare occurrence with doctors in general. I have never in my life had such a thorough yet comfortable experience in a dentist's office. I barely felt a thing during the poking, prodding and measuring that was so painful at my previous dentist thanks to Katie's precise, careful and gentle cleaning. Both Dr. Etzkorn and Katie patiently explained what they were doing, what it meant to my dental health, and didn't push any products or services I didn't request. I also appreciate their digital X-rays which are fast and supposedly expose you to less radiation. All this to say that this is far and away the best dentist I have ever been to. Keep up the good work!.
Very friendly and professional staff! They kept me informed of what each procedure would cost and even called my insurance company to make sure I was given the most accurate information. I was having an issue with one of my teeth and had dealt with pain for many months before deciding to seek a second opinion from Dr. Etzkorn. She identified the problem and took care of the issue. Now several days later I am pain free for the first time this year! I definitely recommend this dental practice!.
