While visiting my family in Redlands, I needed a teeth check up. When I went in to see Dr. Lu, I went in originally to get a teeth cleaning. Upon closer inspection, Dr. Lu noticed that my gums were receding more than they should be for my age. She was able to explain to me how my previous orthodontist had constructed my teeth to be physically attractive, but my jaw wasn't aligned properly which contributed to stress in my mouth. I was kind of apprehensive hearing all of this information, but without hesitation Dr. Lu said that she would make me a mouth guard to help prevent the recession of my gums. The mouth guard turned out perfectly and it has been a big help to me since then. Dr. Lu is very approachable and friendly and has attentive assistants that exhibit the same demeanor. I am so grateful to have a dentist like her whenever I need help! I feel comfortable going in to her office because it is clean, professional, and inviting. I know I will receive quality care from Dr. Lu.
