While the practice location is quaint and convenient, the technology is very outdated with little thoroughness in examinations. Annual exams include standard X-Rays and that's it. Visits are mainly with support staff and have only seen the doctor himself for 5 minutes who looks in one's mouth and leaves. Most concerning is the lack of bedside manner and understanding of patients who do not like going to the dentist as it is. The front desk Manager is very unprofessional, curt and sarcastic.
