12My wife and I\'ve been coming here consistently for the past three years. When we started off with this practice, we were very happy with the service. Amongst 3 regular visits a year between both of us and several other expensive procedures, we’ve spent a lot of money. But as the practice has gotten busy, customer service has dropped consistently. There’s so much miscommunication about scheduling, procedures that it’s beyond frustrating. And, even for existing patients, they are booked months in advance even for their own misdoings. We are starting to look for another dental practice as of today and as this practice gets bigger and busy, I’m sure many other patients will feel the same.
