I was hit from behind on 695, my car should have been a total loss, but insurance company demanded to just have it repaired, apparently it wasnt easy to find parts, probably because my car is pretty much new (2015) they had it for while but it was worth the wait. I honestly cant even tell it was ever in an accident, drives like new..

Theyve had my car since sept 13th. Have told me once a week for the past month and a half that i should have it in a few days, today they said theyre waiting on parts that got delayed, by 3 months? Do not under any circunstance take your vehicle here. Its mid december and still no sign of my car. Infuriated is an understatement.
