11I was able to schedule appt with Dr. Marder within the needed time frame, and he was gracious enough to speak with me on the telephone before the appt which enabled me to discuss w/him, briefly, what was needed by me at this time. I rec\'d an appt date within a week of our conversation, though had i had an emergency, he would have seen me earlier for sure. Both my husband and i spoke w/him on the telephone, and we both, and each, came away from the conversation knowing Dr. Marder informed us, within that reasonable time frame, of what we needed to know, and he was meticulous with detailing his point of view, and as importantly, it was obvious, absolutely obvious, that he was/is thorough and precise and, clearly, a highly considerate human. I kept that appt today, and it was no surprise to me that he was exactly in person as he was on the telephone - gracious, meticulous, professional, and my experience for the examination and care was thorough and comfortable.
