Overall they have a good Dentistry practice. Great office and staff. I have talked to Dr Goodall and she is a very nice lady. The reason for my 2 stars is because of their billing. My wife had consulted them for root canal and they gave us an estimate after getting our insurance information. We trusted them and got the work done. And then we get a bill from them for $524. We had a couple of conversations with them and did not change anything. I have never posted a negative review and am still hoping that this unfair situation could be rectified. Update : Looking at the reviews, it seems this is a common complaint. Hope Dr Goodall addresses these and does not let the business reputation be ruined.
