I called their emergency number over the weekend. I cracked a tooth and was in a good deal of pain. Dr. Bennefield called me back and asked who my dentist was. I told I didnt have one and was hoping to see a dentist. He immediately said he couldnt see me, and then asked if I thought I could just call a dentist and expect them to come in? What a nice guy! I thought that was the purpose of having an emergency number!
