Woke up sick and got sicker as the day went. Called and informed the dentist office. Was told that I would be charged 50 dollars for a cancelled appointment even though I was noticeably sick on the phone because I didn’t give them a 24 hour notice. How am I supposed to know how sick I’m going to get as the day goes. I told them I tried to get ready to come in but I didn’t want to get them sick however they were insistent on charging me 50 dollars. So I told them I’m taking my business elsewhere. I guess they’d rather I come in and get everyone sick.
