4The x-rays and cleaning were carried out by friendly and professional staff, but when the dentist and assistant were putting in fillings they were talking to each other and other staff who kept coming in and out of the office. The assistant even said at one point that she wasn't paying attention to what she was doing. After the filling I was feeling light headed (which I had told the doctor) but no one seemed to notice or care. I got a call after I left the office that I hadn't paid for some X-rays even though I had asked not to have any X-rays that were not covered by my insurance. Eventually they dropped the charge, but it was very frustrating and confusing because I had had a very clear conversation about which X-rays to do. It seems like it's a new practice that is going through some growing pains, but a little more focus on the patients would go a long way.
