2Has to be the poorest dental office I have ever dealt with. Unprofessional, once an employee was eating on the floor in the reception area. Or they don't tell you everything you need to know upfront. Now, they are not taking the insurance that I have for my child and are referring me to another location. They did the same to me a few months ago and I asked them if I could just pay the $19 New patient Fee, and the receptionist said, no I couldn't I had to use my insurance. What a crock.
