2He never greeted me or said hello. He was irritated when answering my question about the content of the filling. He never asked for consent to approach or touch me. He only gave demanding phrases such as, “head back”, “in the center”, “open”. There was no please or thank you. He never once talked to me about the procedure or what was going to happen during the entire duration of the 1.5 hours. He never checked in to make sure I was numb before he started working on me. He was unnecessarily rough with the way he manipulated my mouth with his hand and with the use of his tools. After he replaced the filling he began to repeatedly violently tug on the tooth, (I think to remove excess filling that had dried on). At one point while working on me he was working with one tool with the drill hanging in his hand with the needle point scraping alongside my cheek. There was no sense of safety established and no sense of care. I have been going to the dentist for 44 years and I have never had any

4The greatest he’s the nicest and explain everything he was going to do and the assistant ericka was the best so nice everyone was so cool I left for some years but so glad to be back in good hands once again will never leave again happy to be back.

1Dr. Davis made mistakes for crowns for both my wife and I. And on my initial visit, he failed to find a problem with the tooth that needed the crown. I had to tell him my previous dentist had told me that I needed it fixed with a crown.
