1I've always loved Radio Shacks for all my nerdy electronic supplies. Then I made the mistake at shopping at the University Heights store. Avoid this one at all costs! Go to the Eagle Square store, or the mall! I bought several items last week, and the woman who was helping me so graciously pulled the items off the shelf as I told her what I was looking for, and then put them in a bag and rung me up. Since I had several items, I didn't notice that the bag was suspiciously light. When I got home, I discovered that the box for the TV antenna I bought was empty! It must have been the box for the display model. Anyways, I was too busy to come back immediately, and then labor day weekend came, and now it's six days later and they won't give me my money back. I want my 12 dollars back!!! They sold me an empty box, and now say "well if you came back immediately we might have considered it..." As I stood in the store, dumbfounded at their refusal to help me, I realized that arguing would do no good. Actually I discovered this the hard way, after I tried to explain the injustice of this situation, the manager/owner, Nancy, dug her heals in, and told me to leave the store. Then her employee threatened me with violence if I didn't leave. I still want my $12 back!!
