He lays his tools on your chest instead of the table. I have a big bust and it makes me feel very uncomfortable. I also had to correct stuff for billing several times and they still sent billing statements else where instead of my address and I was being nice and polite. When talking to them the lady was very very rude, and I couldn\'t handle it anymore so we got in a disagreement. Not to mention I told him I could only use a certain filling he didn\'t use that so it turned my tooth blue
