1You know, I have never experienced professional slander like this before and I am hurt by this attack on my reputation! Short of legal action, I feel I should at least set the record straight after reading this persons negative review. By way of preface, this patient left town without paying her bill, left no forwarding address, and will probably end up in collections - "deadbeat"? . . . maybe so! Anyway, the story I got was that her insurance did indeed cover the dental procedures at the usual rate - unlike the story given in this review! I am also sure she was told ahead of time what her co-payment would be. Maybe she is upset about having to pay the portion she is responsible for, and this is another slanderous case of online smearing and "sour grapes"! Dr. Puhr has a great office and a super-professional, caring place!
