Dr. Kratchman is a miracle worker. Nine fillings and a cleaning. He and his entire team are so kind and gentle. He listened to my fears and was able to make me comfortable enough to sit through three hours of work. I cried happy tears when he was done. He is the first dentist that I feel I can truly trust. He even reshaped my front teeth to make my smile so much nicer. I can\'t believe that I had my first painless dental visit. I\'m so relieved and happy. I recommend Sr. Kratchman and his team to everyone who wants a good dental experience.

I waited over two months for the scheduled appointment. The office called me two or three times to confirm that I was coming. When I arrived to my appointment after taking a day off of work & bringing a person to drive me home. I was told my insurance doesn\'t cover the surgery and I was expected to pay over $700 before we could begin. Staff was rude and unprofessional. Not to mention Dr Moore refused to speak to me. I asked to be billed but they refused and asked me if I wanted to cancel my appointment which I most certainly did. Extremely disappointed would never recommend.
