I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes without anyone letting me know they were running behind or apologizing for the delay. When I got back they sat me down for an x-ray, then made me get up so they could do an xray on another patient. The lady doing that xray threw the lead coat onto my belongings and knocked my glasses over, without picking them up. The lady doing my xray prepared the cover (that was to go in my mouth) with her bare hands and asked me to \'open up\' that is when I walked out
