For 2021, I chose Dr. Cavanaugh because he was in-network for UnitedHealth care AARP Medicare Advantage insurance. Unfortunately, I recently discovered that Dr. Cavanaugh decided to take this plan out of network. When I first called the office, I was told that UHC was responsible. Not true. For me and I am sure many others will be impacted by Dr. Cavanaugh's decision. Now, we have to pay out of network costs. Example, $150 for yearly cleaning in November. In addition, we can't pay the cost of a possible tooth implant scheduled for November which was removed earlier this year while we were still in network. I chose this dentist because he was in network. His decision is not fair for me or my family..

I live in Portsmouth and travel to the post office in Bristol where the people are nice so I dont have to face these monsters. Today was my final straw with Portsmouth and will never go there again. I paid for my postage online and the UPS site said that I did not have to wait in line and I could drop the package off on the counter. Well when I tried to drop it and leave the old man working the counter told me to stop and get in line. When I pointed out to him that the reason I paid online was so i wont have to wait in line he yelled t me and embarrassed me in front of other customers. If I could give this post office a negative rating for customer service it would be -100 because every one of them is rude and mean. This post office should be closed permanently because they are bad for business. I am 49 years old and don't need these attitudes from people who should clearly not be working their based on hte way the treat customers. They are customer service yet treat you like the Nazi's treated the Jews.
This was the first time I had any dental work done in about 8 years, due to a bad experience. Dr. Pinto and his Staff, especially Maria, made my experience wonderful and enjoyable. I had to have a root canal done, and Dr. Pinto was very gentle and considerate and did a great job!. I would highly recommend Dr. Pinto to anyone!..
