Dr. Kaady was great, very nice person and gentle on the teeth (which is important to me because I have very sensitive teeth and gums)! His office staff however was not as professional, bantering back and forth about who needed to turn off the computer at night. It was a little rude to talk about in front of a customer. Honestly, it didn't affect my overall experience, which was great, but an observation that was made.
