This woman treated my mother like she was not human. She came home to me in tears, withher not knowing that she worked at the same company that I work for. I immediate wrote her up with her manager. She was gone months later. Bad character will follow you everywhere, Allie. Get it together..
If I could write her a zero stars I would she has no customer service she is completely rude doesn’t greet you when she comes and doesn’t explain what she’s doing. hurt your teeth and then tells you that it’s because your mouth needs tons of work in pretty much laughs at you. My teeth look worse after seeing her than before I walked into her office I will be making an official lara report.
This is the most professional Dentistry Group that I have been to in the Atlanta area. I totally forgot about my appointment today and received a phone call this morning to remind me about my scheduled appointment. I was able to make my appointment on. Once I arrived, the Front Desk Assistant (Toya, I believe) was pleasurable and took care of everything upfront and quickly. She was extremely nice. Courtney (Dental Assistant), took me to my station where she thoroughly cleaned my teeth. Courtney did an excellent job and I did not feel any pain. Her great conversation took my mind off of what was happening and I was completely surprised when she completed. The Dentist came by to check everything out and she was a awesome as well. All-in-all, I give the group a well-deserved 5 stars.
