154My husband and me have been patients for over 15 years, but won\'t go back to the office after last visit. Dr Fujii himself is a great dentist - but he is planning to \"phase out\" & retire. The entire office staff seems to be replaced, and they were VERY rude about not covering my insurance anymore. They wanted the money for the cleaning \"up front at time of visit next time\" (about 300$!). When I told the office help that I didn\'t have that available out of pocket, she made it clear that billing would \"not be acceptable\" in the future. When I told her that maybe I should be looking for another doc for my family, she very haughtily told me that would probably \"be a good idea\". Now, I sent the payment check as soon as I received the compensation from my insurance in the mail (which took about a month) - but I had already received a \"FINAL NOTICE\" bill from the dental office in the meantime. Looking for a new dentist as of now. Not interested to meet Dr Chen, the new doc, for sure.
