2Very disappointed. They waited until I got here to let me know that my BCBS insurance would not pay and I’d have to pay every thing out of pocket. They knew my tooth was broken. They knew my mom just died. The professionalism is lacking. You educate and tell people upfront about insurance NOT the day I come for my FIRST visit. In addition, there was a nurse coughing in the room beside me and she wasn’t wearing a mask. Once again, SUPER disappointed in this business. And my tooth is still killing me. Thanks for nothing.
