The atmosphere in the office is pleasant and professional and we would not hesitate to recommend EBC to anyone. My particular thanks to Jose who has been the best ever for me. 1I am perplexed by how poorly I was treated. I visited Dr. Stein today for the first time. My wife had visited her office sometime in March for an exam and cleaning and wasn’t very happy with the office but I went anyways to see for myself. I have to say that I have never experienced such rudeness and dismissiveness. When I was asked by the dental assistant or hygienist (I don’t know her position) to pay prior to the treatment, I mentioned that I had a $5 credit from an overpayment when my wife was there. At that point Dr. Stein came in the room and couldn’t understand why there was a $5 discrepancy even after I explained the simple reason three times. She then stated that it’s because I didn’t believe her!? I had no idea what she was talking about and I said I’d never spoken with her before. I think she mistook me for someone else because her attitude and rudeness were so outrageous. She then said they don’t have a dental hygienist at that office and that she—the dentist—had done my wife’s cleaning as a favor and that she wasn’t sure why the front desk made appointments for my wife and I to get a cleaning!! She then said “I think we’re done here” and dismissed me. Please do yourself a favor and run don’t walk from this office!!!!
