Was great until the Staff change at the front desk. Answering the phone rudely, refusing to answer any questions without threatening to hang up on you , oh and then actually hanging up on you. One actually called me stupid for asking which method of x-rays they use. There are different Technologies out there and different methods even I know this and I'm not a dental tech. Some have newer technology some don't. Valid question. Apparently this is not a valid question, as quest...ions are not welcomed by the staff answering the phones or working the front desk. I noticed attitude the last time I came in and they were very rude to me both checking in and checking out. Hoped maybe they were just having a bad day but apparently everyone who has been hired to work the front desk is less than a lady. I don't know why the doctor would allow his office to be run into the ground by these people. Would not be surprised if the office shut down anytime soon. I've heard a lot of similar complaints so I know I'm not the only one. At some point someone is going to complain to the right person. See more
