So do not let the nice place fool you. They draw you in with the beautiful lighthouse and kid friendly decor. They are the only pediatric dentist in the area besides Dr McQuade so they get cocky. Most of the staff is very friendly. There is a secretary or “rescheduling manager” that is so apathetic to busy parents. Down right rude. There are long wait times for service and if you are ever even five minutes late you will not be seen. Absolutely no leeway on tardiness. You will have to reschedule..
Dr. Yitta was so kind and really knows dentistry. She is such a great dentist and cares so much..
Dr Yitta has done a couple of fillings and also placed a crown for me over the course of the past year. I'm very happy with the work she's done and highly recommend her and the rest of the staff at Rogue Valley Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a good dentist..
