A very disappointing experience, on the recommendation of a friend, I made an appointment at Dr Thompson and Imagecare. My experience was less than satisfactory and from the start of the visit there was pressure for add on services, more x-rays, special antibiotic cleaning, bone loss services. There was more attention to analyzing my insurance benefit than looking at the patient. I left feeling that their focus was maximizing billing and less about the patient. I’ll not return.
