5If I can give zero stars I would. I was referred by my pediatrician to this office. Today my daughter had an appointment, I go in with her, after I said hello and my daughter\'s name the first thing I get from the front desk is \" you have a copay of $46.00\". No hi or how are you, nothing. I handed her a $100.00 bill, she looked at me and said \" I don\'t have any change\", no one in this office informed that they don\'t keep change. I offered her to pay online, to mail the payment in, and still the answer was NO. She cancelled my appointment because I didn\'t have any form of payment, I work for a Dr\'s office we would never turn a patient away just because we don\'t keep change in our office. Very poor customer service, what a waste of time, I had to get permission from my job and this is what a get. Am definitely letting my pediatrician know about this.
