1I was very unhappy that instead of waiting 2 weeks for a bite guard, it was then pushed to 4 weeks. Then at the appt to get the guard it ended up not fitting so I was going to have to wait another 2 weeks for the guard. I told the assistant that I was very upset about the situation and never once did Dr. Durell come to apologize or see how I was doing. I left and asked for a refund, the whole time Dr. Durell watched me from her glass office and never once came out to talk to me. Horrible service
