After having my face slammed into the windshield in a motorcycle accident, I approached Dr. Hoybjerg. I had one broken tooth removed, then was fitted with Invisalign braces. The care and attention to detail I received was above what was expected, while the cost was less than competitors. I always felt that the Doctor and office staff cared about me personally. I was in last Friday for a tooth extraction. My bad for waiting as long as I did to make the appointment as I also had an infection. Everyone in the office was very upbeat and friendly and also nice about my fear of the dentist. So, the extraction was painful and I had a lot of anxiety so I didn't remember all of the dentist's after care instructions. I assumed that they would be included with my paperwork but it was not. Due to my work schedule I canceled the next appointment with hygienist and told them I would call back to reschedule. I went back today because the site seemed to be infected and the office had a totally different atmosphere. Although not completely unpleasant, they were not the friendly folks from Friday. I am pretty sure it's because they think I won't be purchasing their pricey treatment plan. They are right. Today wasn't a positive vibe. Plus, they didn't give me aftercare instructions before closing for the weekend yet provided me with a folder full of cost estimates and treatment options..
