Dr. Willett is the best there is in western ma! After an insurance change I was forced to use someone else and quickly made the transition back after having a procedure done that didn\'t need to be done at all. He knows what he\'s doing, he\'s gentle, trustworthy, efficent, and best part is that he talks to his staff like they matter. Their whole team is A+
