2I called for a quote on a new Carrier air conditioning unit having gotten their name off the Carrier website, as my existing unit was shot as confirmed by a different company (not a Carrier dealer). The woman who answered the call (Debbie I believe), was very knowledgeable, polite, walked me through getting serial numbers off my existing AC unit and furnace to confirm exactly what I had, explained, in detail, my attempt to increase my SEER, going from a 13 to a higher rating and what that entails (unit rating, furnace fan type, and coil size, etc), gave me a very reasonable quote in my opinion (I shopped it prior BTW), right over the phone, I agreed to the price, she set it up, ordered the new Carrier AC unit without a deposit, the crew arrived on time and called first. Bill (the owner) and his son did a very nice job. Family run business and local. Very pleased with results. Highly recommend.
