I have been going to this dentist office since a very long time. Almost 14 years. Dr. shah stopped working for the last few years I think because she had a baby. I did not care much for the office manager (who was not there )so I went to another dentist once but did not have a good experience. This office has the best hygienists who really clean well. Today I was surprised to see Dr. Shah. I had a very nice visit and am so happy she is my dentist. I appreciate the care and attention to detail .

Be very careful dealing with them. They will charge your credit card, collect money from Insurance and after few years (3 yrs in my case) thinking you have no re-collection of the transaction, they will claim you owe them money and report you to their collection company "Trojan", who will then ....without any verification, report it as collection on your credit report. When I confronted them with this information and provided actual evidence of them being paid after tracking all the necessary docs, it so happened they over-billed me and now have to check with their "insurance person" to see if there is any refund owed....and the kicker...they admit its their fault, but cant give anything in writing as this is a corporation and they have to check with their "Director" before providing any letter or refunds. All I can is they are crooks...btw, their services suck and we have a found a more qualified Dentist's office for the past 3 yrs..
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO MY WORST ENEMY. The x ray tech is very nice, but that is where the niceness ends. Dr. Zemsky is rude and I felt very I comforable. He also did the physical examination while I had a winter jacket on..
Dr. Zemsky is a great doctor. He is very professional. I recommend him to everyone I know. His secretary on the other hand is very rude and arrogant. She talks down to everyone. I have never met someone so disrespectful in my life. I recommend him because he is excellent but I always warn people about his secretary. SO BE WARNED ABOUT HER!!.
