Dr. Heacox ALWAYS says what he's going to do, BEFORE he does anything. In addition, he is very gentle. I have had hack dentists in the past and Dr. Heacox is NO hack. Our family followed Dr Heacox from a Doylestown practice to his independent office in Pipersville many years ago. We have been very pleased with him and his staff. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for a terrific dentist!.
I've been to Dr. Rich several times for the family and myself. However, today our 6 year old had to have 4 cavities filled. First of all, when I was her age, I had 4 cavities to be filled too and it was such an awful experience. The dentist didnât tell me anything just did all this scary stuff to me. However, Dr. Rich is absolutely amazing and the exact opposite of my early childhood experience. He showed my daughter exactly what he was going to do and also exactly anything he was going to put in her mouth. He demonstrated what the drill would do and showed her every single thing that was going to be a part of it in great detail. The explanations were longer than the procedures. She was nervous and a little fearful before going in and after he started with her, she was totally calm. Heâs not only the best dentist Iâve ever been to, but also the best person Iâve ever dealt with in all the medical community. He really enjoys his work and he seems to really do an amazing job with kids. Couldnât be any more pleased. There are two other assistants that work with him and I have had good experiences with them as well. I rarely rate anyone on anything but I was so impressed with how he was with our daughter I decided to come right home and do it. .
