Extremely gentle. Dr. Farrell gives the best shots, I couldn't,t even feel them! He works fast and is great at what he does. On top of everything, he is kind and caring. I sadly am no longer in AZ but every dentist that looks in my mouth comments on how clean Dr. Farrell's work is. I would definetly recommend Dr. Farrell!
