Doctor M gripes at assistants in front of patients! Plus she talks down to you while in chair. The lead assistant (lisa)at Memorial office does the same, except she is way worse. Pretentious little micro manager who thinks she can humiliate others IN FRONT of patients! So UNprofessional! Disgusting. Will NOT have my younger children come here when it is their turn to have braces!

My original cleaning appointment went well. The receptionist and other ladies in the office were friendly and informative. My two return visits were less than desirable. I will not be returning.
