Dr Rao assured me i would be okay. She made sure i was comfortable and ready. She explained every procedure needed done .. then during the procedures she kept me updated step by step. I received treatment from Dr. Gersh in my teenage years. As an adult every orthodontist I went to was horrified by the results and recommended jaw surgery. My teenage skeletal problem was camouflaged orthodontically and exacerbated. If you have a complicated case my advice is to avoid this place as your needs might not be sufficiently addressed in the assembly line atmosphere.
