The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a doctor or dentist\'s office. Dr. Batra was rude and patronizing. Her office front desk booked my appointment incorrectly and instead of apologizing and offering a solution she blamed me and \"explained\" the protocol of coming to an appt. with a doctor or dentist. Really? All I wanted was to get my teeth cleaned. Her unprofessionalism is off the charts. I actually think it was a blessing in disguise - I would NEVER trust this horrible woman with my dental care.

Dr Wright has been my dentist for many years and the reason I rate him so highly is because he truly deserves it. I moved a little distance from his office so thought I would visit a dentist near my new home. Let\'s just say after trying 2 other dentists I returned to Dr Wright even though it\'s a drive. It is worth the drive. His compassion, patience, and above all his professional skills are way above the average dentist. He gives his full attention to the patient in his chair explains ev thing.
