When "Dr." Helen Ford told me that I had 9 cavities I was a little perplexed but even more perplexed that I didn't meet her on my first visit and the assistant that was cleaning my teeth had pointed out cavities prior taking x-rays. I had 3 filled on my right side and set up another appointment... even though something just didn't seem right. A week later one of my cavities fell out! A WEEK LATER! When I called to set up an appointment I couldn't get in touch with the dentist or a receptionist so I left a message. I immediately looked through her reviews and freaked! I tried to set up an appointment with a referral dentist from a friend to replace the filling but had no luck until I got a new insurance provider. So, I had to go back until open enrollment in January to have "Dr." Ford re-fill my tooth. I am writing this review today because I have seen my new dentist and he only found 1 cavity (not 6 more!!!!) She was going to fill my teeth just to make a quick buck and who knows if I even needed the fillings I received. My advise to you: Don't waste your time with this dentist!!!
