My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Tu's office. The moment I entered the door, she and Leslie (the dental assistant) made me feel welcome. They were accommodating to my schedule, and so patient in listening to my problems. Dr. Tu's consultation also put me to ease and throughout the entire visit, I felt at ease. It's very obvious that they care a lot about their patients and have their patients' best interests in mind. They're passionate in their field and I definitely plan to come again in the future. Thank you Dr. Tu and Leslie!

The experience I had with Commerce Drive Dental, and with Dr Jernberg was is excellent. Dr Jernberg was professional, and reassuring. He answered all of the questions I had about the work we planned to do in regards to the dentures that I needed. As for the work itself. It was very well done, painless, and thorough. I don\'t believe I\'ve ever had a shot that was more painless than the ones delivered by Dr Jernberg. I have recommended him several times and will continue to recommend him.

I do not recommend Dr. Jennifer to anyone. I’ve never written a negative review about anything in my life, but this is how frustrated I am. Throughout the yearlong Invisalign process I was not seen by an actual orthodontist (Dr. Jennifer, supposedly) a single time. At each appointment I was told something completely different about my treatment to what I was told the last time. The assistants do not seem to ever know what’s going on, and act confused when I tell them that a previous person told me something different. I’ve also had to call multiple times to get an answer to a simple question, and told different things each time I call depending on who answers the phone. They communicate contradicting messages with you about your treatment and do not ever acknowledge this or apologize. It’s absurd that as the only actual orthodontist Dr. Jennifer does not see or speak with her own patients, and I will not be returning here.

The front desk staff and support staff are always friendly, smiling and ready to assist. They are a team that works well together. The office is clean and a peacefull environment. Going to the dentist is not always much fun but Dr. Pascal and his Assistant work so well together and put me at ease. They never seem rushed and explain everything. Thank you so much. C. Tipler
