3I had a bizarre experience here recently with a dentist. Dr. Vu. I had come in for molar pain and had thought I needed a filling redone. That's where the problems started. I've only ever had a filling so when I was told I had to get a root canal I had questions and concerns. I asked Dr. Wu questions for reassurance and was given one word responses in broken English no explanation. So I reluctantly made an apt with a endodontist who did the root canal and when that was done I made an apt with Dr. Vu for a crown. A day before the apt I get a call saying they have to cancel she wasn't even in that day and I'd get a call back to reschedule. Never called back so I call and am told she doesn't want to see me anymore that the doctor patient relationship was compromised? So now I have an unfinished tooth and am told sorry bc you asked questions the way you did we are not going to see you. And I have an HMO so it's not easy to find another dentist. Worst patient doctor communication I've ever seen.

5Good location but overall experience could be better at this office. They run at least 10 minutes late for appointments and the exam room was freezing cold (way too much AC) and the hygienist didn't provide any Listerine which is usually used to rinse after cleaning.
