Unethical, cheating, poorly managed. I was their patient 6 years ago. After showing me 0 balance 3 times and after i moved from my old address, they decided to send me bills. Of course i did not receive them since I didnot live there anymore and was not aware that they would charge me after I received 0 balances for weeks. . Instead of giving me a call, they sent the bill to collection. When i heard of what they did later on, i quickly paid them even though i disagreed with what they were doing. They then agreed to withdraw the claim. However, they have not done it for 5 years. Every time i call them, they say 'no problem. We will cancel it in a week'. 5 years later, the claim is still on my file!!! Just be careful when you go there. They say one thing but do the other. You could double check, triple check and they claimed that all these work would be covered by insurance. But when they submit the work, a few weeks later, everything changed. Please be alert that they will flip it after the work is already done. At this point, you are forced to pay whatever they charge. As a patient, there is no win for you!!! i switched to a difference office, where the doctors are super nice and service excellent. Carp Dental if you want to know!!!!
