Everyone has a different experience. I stopped going to the dentist for a couple of years due to financial situations and the jobs out there. When I did go back of course fill in the chart and info. One of the girls actually questioned me. See they are there to make sales quotas, help make the dentist money. But if the dentist knew any better they would get rid of their ISP provider and have better luxury for internet and tv service. At one time when I made an appt and I can't recall what exactly they made a bigger deal about something. SO like I said everyone has a different experience. If they are so worried about making money than the customer chances are I might have been looking for a different dentist. The two other bad experiences the same thing happened to me too. Anxiety I don't have because I am brave but make sure you try to get your teeth done.

Perhaps if the treatment plans she issues at the first check up were accurate, I would recommend her office. However, hers is the only facility where I’ve been charged astronomical amounts after the service. I agree with the other reviewer. No one wants to deal with surprise insurance bills.

I felt I was in good hands right from the start. Dr. Hoang and his team were most splendid, helpful and caring. I was impressed with their professionalism. Not having been to a dentist for couple of years meant Dr. Hoang had to deal with a number of things. I feel fantastic, and extremely happy with all the things I was treated for. Dr. Hoang & his team are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Dr. Jones is gentle, relatable, and makes me feel comfortable visiting the dentist. The staff is also greatly skilled.
